Early Access Terms

1. Who these terms are with

These Early Access Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you (the restaurant, café or bar, "you") and Dmitrii Satinaev Preduzetnik Beograd, Serbia (MB 67243234, PIB 113993330), which operates Menudium ("Menudium", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Menudium, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Early access status

Menudium is provided as an early access (beta) product. This means:

• The Service is offered free of charge during early access. No payment card is required, and paid plans are not active.
• Features, limits, availability and future pricing may change before public launch.
• The Service may be modified, interrupted, paused, or discontinued at any time.
• Early access is currently invite-only. We may accept, decline, or end participation at our discretion.
• Menudium is provided in Early Access and may not be available in all countries or regions. We may approve, refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access where required by legal, compliance, banking, operational, or product-support considerations.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm that you represent the business you add to Menudium and that you are authorised to provide its menu and content.

4. Your responsibilities for menu content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Menudium, including its accuracy. In particular, you are responsible for:

• Prices and their correctness.
• Allergen, ingredient and dietary information, and any legally required food information.
• Availability of items.
• Ensuring your menu and public page comply with applicable food, labelling, consumer and advertising laws in your location.

Menudium is a tool for displaying information you provide. Menudium does not sell food, does not verify menu accuracy, and is not a party to any transaction between you and your guests. Guests should confirm allergens and dietary information with your staff.

5. Content you upload — rights and permission

You keep ownership of your content (menu text, logos, photos and other materials you upload). You confirm that you have the right to upload and use all content you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

You grant Menudium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (including generating your public menu page, QR code, and optional AI features you use). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups retained for a limited period. We may remove or disable content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, infringes rights, or raises a legal or privacy issue.

6. Marketing use of your name and logo

We will notuse your restaurant's name or logo in Menudium's own marketing unless you separately opt in. This is off by default.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Menudium to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to abuse or attack the Service, or to attempt to access data that isn't yours.

8. Payments

No payment is collected during early access. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will announce them, and no charge will ever be made without your clear, prior agreement. Any pricing shown on our website during early access is indicative only and may change.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Menudium is provided "as is" and "as available"during early access, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be preserved, though we take reasonable care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Menudium will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the early access Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Serbian law.

11. Ending participation

You can stop using Menudium and request deletion of your account and content at any time by emailing support@menudium.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue early access.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; for significant changes we will give reasonable notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
