Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Menudium (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Menudium lets restaurants, cafes and bars create an online menu / mini website and generate a QR code linking to a public menu page. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service for a business you are authorised to represent.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you add (restaurant details, menu items, images, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service and showing your public menu. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it — including any images you upload — and it must be accurate and lawful (for example, correct prices, allergen or other legally required information for your jurisdiction).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content; to violate others' rights; to upload malware; to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or to scrape or misuse the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Our intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted.
Plans and payment
The Service may be offered free of charge and/or via paid plans. Pricing and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Paid fees (if any) are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
Availability and "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime level. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] harmless from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your content after a reasonable period.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (such as hosting and database providers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Serbia / your jurisdiction], and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
